This website is owned and run by Kenley Bides, a freelance web designer. By using it, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, that’s totally okay, but please don’t use the site.
When using the site, please don’t

- Send spam, scams or anything harmful through the contact options
- Use bots or scrapers to copy content from it

My content
Unless it says otherwise, everything on this site belongs to me. That includes the design, text, graphics and code. You’re welcome to look around and share links, but please don’t copy, reuse or sell any of it without my written permission.
Work I show in my portfolio may belong to my clients or past employers. It’s shown with permission, just to give you an idea of what I do, and those rights stay with their owners.
Project work
This site is here to show what I do. It isn’t an offer or a contract. If we decide to work together, we’ll agree on the details in a separate written proposal or agreement covering things like scope, timelines, pricing, payments and who owns what. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the project agreement wins.
Any prices, timelines or services mentioned on the site are just a general guide and can change.
Messages you send
When you contact me, please make sure what you send is accurate and that you’re allowed to share it. Sending me an idea doesn’t create a contract or any obligation on either side, and I’ll treat your project details as private.
Other websites
This site links to other places like WhatsApp, Instagram and Google. I don’t control those sites and I’m not responsible for their content or how they handle your data, so check out their own terms and policies.
No guarantees
I work hard to keep this site accurate and running smoothly, but it’s provided “as is”. I can’t promise it will always be available, free of errors or completely up to date.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, I’m not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can’t legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Ontario.
Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. When I do, I’ll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after that, it means you’re okay with the new version.
