Using this site
This website is owned and run by Kenley Bides, a freelance web designer and developer. By using it you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. Please do not try to break or overload the site, send spam or anything harmful through the form, scrape the content, or use it for anything illegal.
My content
Unless it says otherwise, the design, text and code on this site belong to me. You are welcome to look around and share links, but please do not copy, reuse or sell any of it without my written permission. Work shown from past clients or employers stays theirs and appears with permission.
Project work
This site shows what I do. It is not an offer or a contract. If we work together, the details go in a separate written agreement covering scope, timelines, pricing, payments and ownership. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the project agreement wins. Anything mentioned here about services or timelines is a general guide and can change.
Messages you send
Please make sure what you send is accurate and that you are allowed to share it. Sending me an idea does not create a contract on either side, and I will treat your project details as private.
Other websites
This site relies on services like Formspree, Netlify and Google. I do not control them and I am not responsible for their content or how they handle your data, so have a look at their own terms.
No guarantees
I work to keep this site accurate and running smoothly, but it is provided as is. I cannot promise it will always be available, free of errors or completely up to date.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, I am not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using, or not being able to use, this website. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Ontario.
Changes
I may update these terms from time to time. When I do, the date above changes. Using the site after that means you are okay with the new version.
